Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern promptsnote.com and digital products sold by Avinash Gove under the PromptsNote brand. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, plus the checkout terms displayed by WarriorPlus at purchase.
Products and delivery
PromptsNote sells downloadable digital products and, where stated, links to third-party templates (such as Notion duplicates). These Terms apply to every current and future PromptsNote product sold through WarriorPlus, including any core offer, order bump, one-time upgrade, or downsell. Each product's own sales page and checkout screen identify the specific files, workspace links, and price included in that purchase.
Delivery is digital and immediate after successful payment unless stated otherwise. Keep your receipt and back up downloads promptly. Third-party platforms, free tiers, features, and pricing may change independently of us.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate checkout information and lawful use of purchased materials.
License
Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants one person or business entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the files for its own business and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share download or template links publicly, or claim authorship of the original materials. No PLR, MRR, white-label, or resale rights are included unless explicitly stated in writing.
Employees and contractors working for your business may use the materials on your behalf while under your control, but the license does not extend to other businesses or clients reselling the files.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for reviewing and personalizing every prompt output, message, proposal, or template before use. Do not use the materials for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, fabricated proof, false claims, CAN-SPAM or GDPR violations, or activity that breaches a platform's terms or applicable law.
AI and third-party tools
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Verify facts and do not submit confidential client information unless your provider and agreements permit it. Optional tools such as Notion, n8n, Gmail, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, WordPress, LinkedIn, Upwork, and WarriorPlus are operated by third parties under their own terms. We do not control their availability, pricing, or policies.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout unless WarriorPlus displays otherwise. Payment processing, taxes where applicable, receipts, and refund requests are handled through WarriorPlus according to the terms shown at checkout.
Refunds
A 14-day refund policy applies under the terms on our Refund Policy and your WarriorPlus receipt. Mandatory consumer rights in your country may provide additional remedies where applicable.
Professional and earnings disclaimer
Products provide educational templates and workflow tools. They are not legal, tax, financial, employment, or professional advice. Have agreements and statements of work reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate. We do not guarantee clients, replies, sales, revenue, rankings, advertising performance, or other business results. See our Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
PromptsNote's brand names, product names, copy, designs, and original materials are owned by Avinash Gove or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of ™ indicates a claimed brand identifier and does not represent federal trademark registration unless stated.
Site use
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or delivery systems. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Our aggregate liability arising from a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the products, your outreach or client communications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not permitted.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain unaffected. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
Changes and contact
