Products covered
This policy applies to all current and future PromptsNote digital products sold through WarriorPlus, including any core offer, order bump, one-time upgrade, or downsell, along with related downloads, setup guides, and support.

- Order and delivery information: name, email address, product purchased, transaction status, receipt details, and download access data supplied through WarriorPlus. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card number.
- Support information: messages, attachments, and receipt details you send to support@promptsnote.com.
- Website and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie or analytics identifiers when those tools are enabled.
- Marketing preferences: if you opt in to updates, we store your email and consent record.
How we use information
